She has also developed and managed two successful childcare centres, showcasing her leadership, organizational skills, and business acumen.
Throughout her career, Sandra has been the operational backbone in all business ventures alongside her husband Bryce Hawkins, providing essential support behind the scenes. In recent years, she has applied this expertise to Ray White Bribie Island, supporting property management, sales, and overall business operations. While not the public-facing contact for clients, her strategic oversight, attention to detail, and dedication to smooth, efficient operations make her contributions integral to the ongoing success of the business.
